Broken Clasp Repair/Replacement: If your clasp breaks within 30 days of delivery, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. After 30 days, repairs may be subject to a fee depending on the material and extent of the damage.
Return & Delivery Costs:
Please note that the cost of returning the item for repair and the delivery of the parcel will be borne by the customer.
